The interim manager is an expert in the digital transformation and optimization of production and value chains. The start-up founder and mechanical engineer's portfolio ranges from VR and AI-supported production and manufacturing planning to operational software and IT projects, plant relocations and supply chain management. He offers his clients particular industry experience in medical technology.
In one of his most recent mandates, the interim manager managed the relocation of an international cable production facility from a German brand company to a supplier in 2023. The project included process and production planning in four plants in three countries (Germany, Poland and Bulgaria) as well as the onboarding of more than 200 suppliers. In another mandate (2021/22), the interim manager set up a semi-automated production line at an automotive OEM supplier within a very short space of time - using a VR application developed by him, among other things.
Founder of an AI and tech start-up with international corporate experience
The interim manager combines the skills of a start-up founder with international corporate experience. In addition to being a self-employed interim manager (since 2022), the expert is also the founder and managing director of a start-up for the digitalization of production lines using virtual reality and artificial intelligence. He had previously developed the start-up's software product as a Senior Product and Solutions Manager at Siemens Healthineers and took it over when he left the company.
The expert's approach is characterized by his entrepreneurial initiative. Clients of this interim manager also benefit from his comprehensive strategic and operational skills: as an engineer and digital expert (ERP, CAD, CGI, VR) and as an experienced manager of complex software and IT projects, for whose agile management he has certifications including SAFe 4 Product Owner. The interim manager combines his technical expertise with strong communication skills and intercultural competence from assignments abroad and group-wide cooperations within the Siemens Group.
