More about the interim manager

The interim recruiter is a qualified psychologist and takes on the role of an internal end-to-end recruiter in critical situations. With experience, quick comprehension and organizational skills, he integrates quickly and fills many success-critical positions in parallel. His skills in digital recruiting and remote recruiting, which he has further expanded and successfully applied in times of corona and home office, are particularly noteworthy.

He has been active in HR for over 20 years in various roles and functions both nationally and internationally. After completing his studies in work, business and organizational psychology at RWTH Aachen University, he started out as an HR consultant in Frankfurt and worked as an HR manager in an international management consultancy for over ten years. He has been self-employed since 2012 and is a successful interim manager, headhunter and management diagnostician.

As an experienced aptitude diagnostician, active sourcer and relationship manager, he has repeatedly succeeded in improving KPIs such as time-to-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, acceptance rate and candidate experience. On request, he is also happy to bring his expertise for successful recruiting processes to your recruiting team.

The interim manager is experienced in many sectors such as services, industry, automotive, finance, chemicals, energy, retail and consumer goods. He fills specialist and executive positions (sales, production, HR, finance, R&D, marketing, IT, strategy, project management, etc.) across all channels - from skilled workers to managing directors.

Where appropriate, he also acts as a systemic business coach, assessment center specialist or headhunter. Further training and certification in many personality and performance tests, special applications such as the Reiss Motivation Profile and the Affinity Profile round off the Interim Recruiter's range of services.
