More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in digital marketing in B2B communication. Above all, he knows how to consistently align the digital customer journey with the needs of companies and customers. From the digital strategy in brand development to operational implementation in brand management, he ensures customer experiences that have a lasting - and measurable - impact on growth and customer loyalty.

The interim manager and marketing consultant has been self-employed since 2022. In his first mandate as Interim Director Marketing and Product Management at French medical technology company Thuasne, he developed and rolled out a clear brand positioning with a vision and mission statement. He also developed a go-to-market strategy and a detailed launch plan for a new flagship product.

Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager was Head of Marketing at German cloud security provider Hornetsecurity, Osram Opto Semiconductors and Linde Healthcare, among others. His particular affinity for digital business models is also reflected in his roles as Business Development Manager and Product Manager at Microsoft.

Skills ranging from brand positioning and performance marketing to marketing automation

Thanks to his numerous projects in international companies and his work as a product manager and PR consultant, the interim manager is ideally placed to think and act across departments - in both large corporations and medium-sized companies.

The interim manager relies on a broad portfolio of skills to design marketing strategies and campaigns: from performance marketing and marketing automation, brand positioning and customer segmentation to lead generation through content marketing, SEO and SEA.

Clients and teams alike attest to the interim manager's infectious enthusiasm, high social skills and empathy: this enables him to quickly rally managers and teams behind the project. Companies and project participants also benefit because he attaches great importance to supporting all participants individually in the development of their digital marketing expertise. In this way, he lays the foundation for ensuring that the initiated changes can be lived and further developed even after the end of the mandate.

In order to be able to support his clients even better, the interim manager is constantly undergoing further training. He is currently (2023) certifying himself as a LEAN manager and experimenting with the use of artificial intelligence in marketing.
