More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in data-based analysis and optimization of HR work. He supports companies in systematically establishing and developing flexible, customer-oriented and future-proof HR organizations. As a statistician with 20 years of experience in HR management, he uses reliable data to help bring comprehensible transparency to HR processes and HR functions.

Optimized remuneration structures, introduction and optimization of HR controlling with reporting and key figures, economic and efficient working time organization (including Work 4.0) are among his services. He uses people analytics to analyze the skills and needs of employees in order to enable individual-specific development. Among other things, his strategic HR planning makes the company's future skills requirements visible and thus offers starting points for proactive action. The interim manager also trains HR employees in the agile development of HR organizations.

As a trainer for the German Society for Personnel Management and the Haufe Academy for HR managers, business partners and speakers, and as a non-fiction author on topics such as agile HR management and employee surveys, the interim manager has a deep and broad-based understanding of current HR work, which enriches the work in his mandates.

The interim manager is results-oriented. Despite his focus on hard facts and figures, he is open and creative in his leadership behavior and communication. His career from statistician to HR manager has taught him to develop goals and visions, to believe in himself and good companions, to build on strengths together and to learn from resistance.

His guiding principles include the statement attributed to Henry Ford: "He who always does what he already can, always remains what he already is.""
