More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in agile organizational development in technology-driven companies and an agile coach. At the interface between management, specialist departments and IT, she creates the business-IT alignment that enables even the most complex migrations, scaling and transformations to succeed. The expert is usually mandated as an IT project manager or agile coach for managers and IT organizations.
In her most recent mandate, the interim manager (2023) developed the agile organizational structure for a major transformation project at an international insurance company and communicated it to the teams, as well as managing the implementation of the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform. in 2021, she orchestrated the realignment and scaling of a complex app project in a large German media group as a project manager. As a consultant at a management consultancy, she implemented agile scaling for the digitalization of the supply chain on a customer-specific, cloud-based logistics platform in an international automotive and logistics company.

The expert has been an independent agile consultant and interim manager for agile organizational development since 2020. During this time, she has successfully completed more than five mandates. Before that, she was most recently an IT project manager at an international commercial bank and an M&A deal closing consultant at one of the world's largest commercial law firms.
The interim manager not only offers her clients comprehensive consulting expertise as a program manager and IT project manager for complex change and transformation initiatives. She also has a broad portfolio of agile techniques - for example with certifications as SAFe Agilist, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, GPM Project Manager (IPMA Level D), PRINCE2 Practitioner and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
