More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in transformation and post-merger projects in industry and SMEs. His mandates focus on post-merger integrations of national and international companies in Poland. The restructuring and reorganization of plants and manufacturing companies as well as the relocation of production from and to Poland are further key aspects of his many years of experience as an interim manager (since 2012). The expert is usually mandated as CEO, plant manager and for business development.
In one of his most recent mandates, he comprehensively modernized the most important production site of an international group for household chemicals in Poland as interim plant manager from mid to late 2023 and converted production to three-shift operation (24/7). Prior to that, he managed the successful post-merger integration of two production sites for the production of animal feed in Poland. In the automotive industry, he supported a Polish supplier on behalf of BMW in 2021 in successfully achieving the OEM's quality and performance targets.
Further mandates have taken the interim manager to the IT and transport sector, the production of household appliances, card-based payment transactions and the cosmetics industry, among others. Before becoming self-employed, the expert was CEO of a Polish Siemens subsidiary for medical products and managing director of a company for the production of premium packaging.

This diverse career means that the interim manager offers his clients a broad range of skills: He understands purchasing, sales and logistics as well as profit and loss accounting and budget planning. Strategy development and implementation, general management and IT projects are further focal points of his previous activities and mandates. With his distinctive cross-sectional knowledge, the interim manager is able to quickly and reliably recognize interrelationships in companies and successfully manage complicated projects - even in an international environment. He also works as a program manager and trainer in international companies in Poland.

Whether entering the Polish market or optimizing production and sales, the interim manager has a broad network with which he can clearly improve the opportunities of German and international companies in Poland. As Chairman of the Polish Association of Interim Managers, he also provides support in the search for experienced interim managers in Poland.
