More about the interim manager
The interim manager is a marketing expert. She specializes in the development and expansion of brand communication and the positioning of complex products that require explanation. Her clients benefit from her experience as a marketing manager on the one hand and her skills as a graphic designer on the other. This combination makes the interim manager a leader at eye level: internally to management, externally to agencies and other service providers.
In one of her most recent projects, the interim manager led the brand development of a bank carve-out as a marketing consultant. This also included the creation and implementation of the corporate identity (CI) and the launch of the company website. In another project, as Senior Marketing Manager, she made a significant contribution to positioning a complex card product more efficiently in the B2B environment with a new product marketing concept.
Marketing for the financial sector and SMEs
Before becoming self-employed (2019), the interim manager worked for more than 25 years in strategic and operational marketing for large corporations, SMEs and agencies. She was successfully responsible for numerous brand projects, particularly in the financial industry - including for Consors Finanz/BNP Paribas, ebase and cominvest.
During this time, she deepened her expertise as a creative generalist, from which her clients benefit today. This also includes experience in setting up and coaching marketing structures, particularly in medium-sized companies.
In addition to her professional qualifications, the interim manager attaches great importance to sustainable consulting and a networked, motivating cooperation at eye level. After all, projects can only be successful if everyone is on board and pulling in the same direction. This is another reason why the interim manager takes great care to convey the comprehensive importance of brand and corporate identity throughout the company. To this end, she always works across departments - from R&D to product management, sales and customer service through to legal. When working with "her" teams, she relies on the interim approach of "coming to go": she qualifies teams accordingly so that the employees can drive forward the initiated improvements independently after the mandate.
In addition, she brings a high level of intercultural competence to the team: she has lived in Germany and the USA and worked in many international teams. Her private circle of friends is also very international.
