The interim manager is a proven expert in overcoming problems in production and the supply chain as well as in production strategies, relocations, outsourcing and restructuring in the automotive industry. He brings more than 25 years of automotive experience as a managing director, plant manager, operations manager and production manager to his mandates. With a doctorate in mechanical engineering, he also has more than 20 years of experience in the application of production systems such as Lean and Kaizen according to Toyota. He is equally at home in medium-sized companies and large corporations.

The interim manager quickly and reliably guides companies and projects out of crisis situations. Whether productivity improvement, reorganization, pent-up demand in store floor management or lean methodologies: With expertise and experience, he makes a significant contribution to the sustainable improvement of his clients. He has a high level of methodological competence in change management, has a hands-on mentality and is present on the store floor. His production experience focuses on assembly and component manufacturing as well as all forms of metal and plastics processing in the automotive and electrical engineering sectors. He has been working in interim management since 2018.

The interim manager spent more than ten years in plant management and managing director roles with up to 15 direct reports and up to 1,000 employees. He had overall responsibility for the supply chain, finance/controlling and profit and loss. He has lived and worked abroad for a total of ten years (Great Britain, Romania). During this time, he acquired a high level of intercultural competence.

With his quick comprehension, analytical skills and methodology, he can quickly familiarize himself with any task. Thanks to his engaging and cooperative management style and his ability to communicate and involve employees in a goal-oriented manner, he quickly gains a high level of acceptance in management teams, among the workforce and with employee representatives. As a result, he achieves sustainable solutions and changes.
