More about the interim manager

Whether as managing director, plant manager or international supply chain manager (production, purchasing and logistics): The interim manager is an absolute advocate of operational excellence. They are there to generate maximum benefit for their clients. The Interim Manager is very adept at optimizing processes - also using lean management methods - along the entire value stream. He is adept at combining the challenges of day-to-day operations with the medium-term development of the company.

The interim manager (born in 1975) has many years of experience as a technically minded manager in medium-sized companies. He stands for an analytical and strategic approach that allows for innovation, promotes agility and always focuses on sustainably increasing the value of the company.

As an interim manager, he has successfully completed several projects for the optimization of production, logistics and purchasing as project manager. In doing so, he relies on the expertise he has acquired in his career in mechanical and plant engineering, injection molding and weapons manufacturing, among others. His focus was not only on technical aspects and production, but also on managing the company and maximizing profits. The interim manager has particular expertise in restructuring the supply chain in the areas of mechanical engineering and injection molding. In one of his largest projects, the focus was on stable, optimized procurement and production processes and transparent, digitalized management of the global supply chain (S&OP).

As a strongly value-oriented leader with a strong sense of empathy, the interim manager acts authentically. He always acts with commitment and never loses sight of his team. He is very good at empowering employees rather than controlling them. In the spirit of agility, he encourages everyone involved to make their own decisions and take responsibility. As a result, his projects gain momentum without deviating from the course.

He has also been able to continuously develop his intercultural skills by working with colleagues and business partners from Eastern Europe, Southern Europe and the USA.
