More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in the end-to-end optimization of administrative and development processes. He has been active in management, coaching and consulting across all industries for 25 years. He has led companies and business units from complex problem areas to new performance levels. Thanks to his experience in a wide range of functional areas - with customers and suppliers as well as with all hierarchical levels - he is able to bring employees and management together across functions in order to master complex challenges together.

After studying physics and mathematics, he initially gained hands-on experience in IT development, business process management and large-scale project management at a large international management consultancy. He then set up a new consulting group with international technology and business projects. In his work as a consulting expert and interim manager, he has successfully initiated and implemented many transformation projects in medium-sized companies and corporations on a freelance basis since 2002.

The interim manager has numerous certifications as a program and project manager and business coach. He has also completed further training in psychology and business organization. He is also a lecturer for external training in process management, change management and coaching at a university.
