As a freelance interim manager since 2020, she has extensive specialist and industry knowledge from the textile, consumer and luxury goods industries. With her background in business administration and design science, she has always worked in an interdisciplinary manner and combines creative thinking and conceptualization with entrepreneurial, economic action. The focus of her professional activities is on business analysis, the development of sales strategies (B2B and online retail), strategic management and the resulting change processes, particularly in the areas of CSR and sustainability. After her studies, she worked as a designer for well-known brands and was responsible for creative conception and implementation in Asia and Europe before moving into sales in 2001. She has more than 20 years of sales experience in B2B, B2C and e-commerce, business development and marketing. She also scores with her technical expertise in textiles, textile production and finishing.

She generates added value by increasing efficiency, for example by streamlining processes, product range planning, cost savings, innovative strength, future-proof positioning and competitive advantage through sustainable strategies and implementing long-lasting, environmentally friendly measures along the supply chain.

Authentic, innovative and creative, she is a motivator, even in difficult phases. Her work and management style is characterized by entrepreneurial action, flexibility and reliability, open communication and goal-oriented, constructive cooperation.
