More about the interim manager
The HR Interim Manager has been active in HR management for over 30 years, working independently as an external HR manager, interim manager and consultant since 1998. His expertise ranges from project management and overall responsibility as HR manager to the operational management of a business unit. He has extensive experience in personnel management, in negotiating with works councils - with corporate strategic objectives as well as with the operational details of HR work.
He has already demonstrated his skills and experience in phases of restructuring and change management on several occasions. The development and realignment of HR departments, recruiting and the implementation of new working time regulations and remuneration concepts are further frequent fields of activity.
The business administration graduate is regarded as a pragmatic, structured and goal-oriented manager with a high level of personal responsibility. in 2005, he published a highly acclaimed book on employee motivation ("Wie man Mitarbeiter motiviert", Cornelsen Verlag).
Additional training as a change consultant, process facilitator and business coach round off his profile. He is also an honorary judge at the labor court. His work focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises.
