More about the interim manager
The interim manager has more than 17 years of experience in operational and strategic HR work, primarily in group subsidiaries and international matrix organizations. Her focus is on the classic bridging role as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner. She supports reorganizations, outsourcings and business transfers from planning to implementation.
In addition to many years of experience in working with works councils (negotiating and concluding reconciliations of interests, social plans and works agreements), the candidate is distinguished by her expertise in the analysis of HR processes and workflows. In several projects, she has transformed highly administration-oriented HR teams into active, creative HR business partner structures.
Since 2010, she has been making her experience available as an independent HR interim manager across all sectors. Her excellent command of English allows her to take on mandates in the international corporate environment. Her expertise as a management consultant and coach is rounded off by her completed training as a systemic coach and her own management experience.
