The Interim Manager is a highly communicative and committed HR generalist in all areas of operational and strategic HR work. The areas of application range from interim HR management to HR project management and HR business partner. His many years of experience in HR in various sectors help him to quickly understand problems and implement viable solution concepts. When dealing with all hierarchical levels, he regularly succeeds in creating the basis for trusting and constructive cooperation in a short space of time.

His core human competence lies in the area of trusting communication at eye level - with and at all hierarchical levels. The professional core competence is characterized by operational expertise in classic HR topics. The Interim Manager feels most comfortable in change processes. His main focus is on recruiting, personnel development and separation management, as well as collective bargaining and communication requirements for organizational change processes.

After studying administrative sciences in Constance, the interim manager has been working in HR since 1995. After working as an HR officer in Hamburg (consumer electronics and mechanical engineering), he moved to Stuttgart (pharmaceuticals) as an international senior HR project manager. He was later Head of HR in the call center and services sector. Since 2013, he has been working as an HR project manager, HR interim manager and business coach.

The interim manager is characterized by a combination of curiosity, humour, empathy and expertise. They quickly establish a basis of trust for constructive collaboration. He also knows how to master conflictual communication in a clever and humorous way. Clients find him to be very structured, strategic and highly resilient.
