The interim manager (born in 1973) is an expert in talent management and digitalization. His talent management effectively deploys employees according to their potential in the right team and enables individual top performance from which teams, companies and the employees themselves benefit. His extensive knowledge of digitalization in HR and related areas as well as his change management expertise enable him to take those involved along with him even in complex operational environments and lead digital change projects to success.

In the optimization and digitalization of talent management, the interim manager focuses on all stages of HR value creation. This includes process digitalization, active sourcing, leadership and development, people analytics, employee engagement, corporate culture and new work, as well as the implementation of restructuring, relocation and integration.

The interim manager can look back on more than 20 years of experience in HR management in SMEs and corporations. During this time, he has built up HR departments, consulting services and start-ups, among other things. He spent the majority of his professional development in HR management positions, but also as a managing director. He has assumed responsibility for HR management, sales and customer management as well as business development in financial services groups and at top consulting firms.
