More about the interim manager

As program lead, she was responsible for the outsourcing of more than 900 FTEs from nine European countries to international shared service centers in Romania and India.
Strong international experience from automotive banks and financial institutions
The banking graduate has been working independently as an interim manager since 2023. Before that, she was most recently Managing Director of the Deposit Protection and Trust Company, a subsidiary of the Auditing Association of German Banks. During this time, for example, she was responsible for the compensation of the insolvent Greensill Bank with a compensation volume of around 2.6 billion euros.
She oversaw the orderly liquidation of Volvo Autobank Deutschland as Director of Operations & Human Resources. These and other examples demonstrate the interim manager's far above-average experience in the liquidation of banks and financial companies.
The interim manager developed her expertise in finance and asset management in the automotive sector in more than 20 years at specialized commercial banks (Ford, Volvo). She deepened her international experience while working as a consultant as Vice President Global Relationship in London. She has also successfully managed many large-scale projects such as the implementation of IT systems, benchmark analyses and outsourcing of business units.
The interim manager describes herself as an "entrepreneurial manager with a special focus on efficient processes". Her management style is based on cooperation, openness and appreciation. With the experience gained from her management roles in many international teams and her multilingualism (English, Dutch, Spanish), the interim manager brings particularly well-developed intercultural skills to her projects.
