More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in the restructuring and transformation of medium-sized companies in family or PE ownership. He is primarily mandated in general management, for example as CEO, CFO, CRO or Commercial Director. His work focuses on the detailed analysis and further development of corporate strategies, price negotiations with customers and suppliers, controlling instruments, process organization (supply chain), success and liquidity management as well as transaction and stakeholder management.

In one of his most recent mandates, the interim manager advised a heterogeneous family-owned group of companies as part of a restructuring (IDW S6). In order to eliminate the economic imbalance, he strategically focused the company on the profitable business areas and implemented instruments to increase profitability and cash flow. Other recent projects have been in the areas of FMCG (including beverages, food, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods), retail and services (including recruitment).

Successfully completed numerous projects with profitability and liquidity growth

Since 1992, the business administration graduate has successfully and demonstrably completed a large number of restructuring projects with profitability and liquidity growth. He is highly valued by shareholders, management, employees and financial partners for his clear and binding communication.

He also has a strong passion for expanding and sustainably developing viable partnerships with customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders. He acts confidently with shareholders, managing directors and board members as well as with second-level managers. Business partners appreciate his cooperative and commercial expertise.

An essential component of his professional philosophy is analytical strength as well as a structured and strategic mindset - geared towards the future, concretely measurable success of companies.

His management style is straightforward, value- and team-oriented with clear, authentic communication and a high level of commitment.
