More about the interim manager
The HR Interim Manager takes over the temporary management of HR departments and provides support in challenging special situations, such as restructuring or reorganization. As a generalist, she covers the entire spectrum of HR management - whether as HR Manager or HR Business Partner. However, it is the tricky challenges that particularly appeal to her, such as downsizing, digitalization and the realignment of HR departments and corporate cultures.
In particular, clients from the healthcare and social economy benefit from her experience from various mandates and activities in clinics, emergency services, health insurance companies and elderly care facilities.
In her most recent mandate (2022/2023), the interim manager reorganized the twelve-person HR team of a medium-sized IT company as interim HR manager, among other things. She redesigned the (digital) HR processes and supported a transfer of operations in accordance with Section 613a BGB. Previously (2022), she advised the HR management of a large hospital on all HR management issues and questions of employment, tax and social security law. In another mandate (2021/2022), she advised the management of a rehabilitation clinic in complex discussions with the works council and made a significant contribution to positively influencing employer branding and corporate culture by implementing an employee survey.
Experience from more than 30 mandates as an HR interim manager
The expert has been working as an HR interim manager and consultant since 2003. During this time, she has successfully completed more than 30 mandates, mostly as an interim HR manager. In addition to the healthcare industry, her clients mainly come from medium-sized companies in the IT, manufacturing and service sectors. Before becoming self-employed, the expert was most recently HR manager at Dresden Airport.
Clients benefit not only from the interim manager's extensive experience, but also from her qualifications as a state-certified business economist and certified business coach (dvct) as well as further training in employment law.
Teams and clients alike attest to the interim manager's extraordinary powers of comprehension and strong empathy, on the basis of which she quickly builds trusting relationships with managers, staff and employee representatives. As a manager, she implements necessary changes with determination, without losing sight of the people in the company. As a business coach, she also has the best qualifications to qualify her teams for the independent development of the projects initiated in the mandate.
