The interim manager is an expert in corporate and acquisition financing as well as legal support for post-merger integrations and the establishment or integration of legal functions. The experienced lawyer and former Head of Legal at an international automotive supplier also takes over the management of legal departments on a temporary basis and is available to clients for project assignments or consultations.

The expert has excellent finance skills. With a doctorate in law and business administration (IWW), she has successfully contributed to the structuring of numerous syndicated loans, promissory note loans, factoring and leasing financing up to a financing volume of 400 million euros in recent years. She was also responsible for the financing requirements of M&A transactions.

She is also very experienced in the preparation and implementation of post-merger integrations.
