More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an experienced expert for critical situations in the management of business applications such as SAP ERP, ECC/S4 and CRM. As a navigator for digitalization strategies, he creates clarity and guides you on the right path. With a sound understanding of business processes and excellent IT expertise, the business administration graduate finds the technical solutions that fit the company in the long term. He has often confirmed this in international projects in the manufacturing industry (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering) and in B2B trade.

His work also focuses on IT-related analysis and support for mergers (evaluations of system landscapes and performance and investment analyses) and cost-benefit analysis, for example for carve-outs of IT landscapes or sub-areas.

The interim manager attaches particular importance to respectful leadership and communication. Even if the IT sector is very much about technical issues, IT is still always a people business. This is why target group-oriented communication with top management and other stakeholders is a routine part of his success: respect, appreciation and communication at eye level form the basis for trusting and successful cooperation.

His external analytical view of IT organizations repeatedly discovers the need for change and thus forms the basis for operational excellence. Digitalized processes are key valuable assets of a company and are of increasing importance. In-depth analyses of IT processes are a necessary prerequisite for strategic decisions as part of an M&A project.
