More about the interim manager
The interim manager successfully supports companies with digitalization and agilization: from strategy to implementation. His focus is on organizational development. Thanks to his pragmatic and targeted strategic approach, he can apply his strengths as an agilist and supportive leader in a wide range of industries.
His assignments are predominantly in the digitalization environment (IT and business). This usually involves strategic initiatives that have a company-wide impact. Thanks to his many years of international experience, he is familiar with dealing with different cultural conditions.
The interim manager is a senior manager with almost 35 years of professional experience. Including more than 25 years as a manager in insurance, logistics and service companies. Among other things, he worked as IT Program Director for Zurich Insurance in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and South America. He was instrumental in strategic initiatives for Zurich Financial Services. As Vice Precident for DHL DGF, he was a key player and contract leader for the largest SAP rollout worldwide.
The interim manager's particular strength lies in appreciating the past and making the new transparent in a pragmatic and emphatic way. "Take what fits": No company can be pressed into a blueprint. In order to lead these changes effectively to results, the interim manager sees himself as a coach, sparring partner, consultant and source of inspiration for all levels of the company (supportive leadership - management by example).
As a trainer and coach for agile issues and agile leadership, he is not only in demand as an interim manager, but also as a lecturer and source of inspiration for agile formats such as the "Agile Transformation Coach" with IHK certificate, which he designed and implemented for the IHK Dortmund.
