More about the interim manager

The interim manager has decades of experience in marketing for FMCG, non-food and food consumer goods - in the international corporate environment as well as in owner-managed SMEs. The proven expert for product development and market launches in the consumer goods industry has repeatedly successfully launched or relaunched innovations - some of them award-winning - and thus sustainably strengthened brands. Comprehensive expertise in brand positioning, brand communication and market research as well as (digital) marketing round off his profile.

The interim manager is familiar with all facets of the complex project management of product development and marketing. He works just as well with technicians and engineers as he does with creatives in various agencies, but also of course with sales.

He knows how to break down potential barriers and reservations, motivate teams and at the same time keep all stakeholders transparently and proactively up to date. He is very familiar with the requirements of modern project management and intercultural leadership from his various management roles with personnel responsibility in Germany and abroad.

His extensive experience and ability to grasp things quickly enable very short start-up phases. In operational implementation, the interim manager impresses with his adherence to deadlines (time-to-market), cost efficiency and a trained eye for exploiting synergies. At the same time, he always keeps an eye on the benefits for corporate clients - and thus ensures strong brands with high-margin products.
