More about the interim manager

The Interim Manager is a sales and organizational professional and in particular a specialist for the development of new structures, customer relationships, markets or companies. He takes on mandates as CSO or CEO.

The interim manager offers clients more than 30 years of experience in the SME industry (suppliers and plant engineering), automotive, oil, system catering, lighting solutions, personal luxury, fashion, DTC start-ups and the construction industry. During extensive assignments in Western and Eastern Europe, Poland, Turkey, China, Brazil, Russia, the USA and Africa, he has gained above-average expertise in international cooperation and diverse intercultural skills.

The expert has been working as an interim manager since 2014. In his most recent mandate, he worked as a consultant to develop digitalization in submission and presentation at an SME in the ancillary construction industry. Prior to that, as Director Operations and Commercial at a start-up group, he was responsible for the entire go-to-market of various DTC brands in the luxury goods sector.

In his career, he has also built up extensive expertise in international plant engineering. As CSO, he actively promoted the internationalization of a German plant engineering company to Europe. He has also worked as CEO in China, for example, where the interim manager helped to set up a joint venture plant in plant engineering and construction and then, as CRO, comprehensively restructured and reorganized a medium-sized company for technical equipment (automotive) in Turkey.

The interim manager accompanies projects in sub-steps as well as from the idea to implementation. His way of working is based on partnership, goal-oriented and with a hands-on approach. His management style is passionate, reliable, strong in implementation, self-motivated and consistent. As a team player, he is inspiring, motivating and emphatic.
