After many years of working in general project management, organizational consulting and organizational development, the interim manager is now focusing on change management. In his intercultural projects, he always strives for a holistic view of mentality, attitude, behavior and culture. On his expeditions, he is enthusiastic about the new and unknown, without losing sight of the valuable experience of weatherproof management.
