More about the interim manager
The interim manager specializes in crisis management and the restructuring of digitalization projects, particularly in the areas of ERP, CRM and SAP. He also knows how to optimize processes preventively. Another of his strengths: he writes watertight specifications that enable claim management without costly supplements. He is also available at short notice as a project manager to bridge vacancies due to illness. Training is completed in four to six hours. After that, he is immediately productive as a project manager.
Since 2002, the interim manager has managed more than 150 predominantly critical or highly complex projects in international SMEs and corporations. In doing so, he minimizes the project team to what is absolutely necessary. According to his method, a status meeting never lasts longer than 60 minutes. Managing complex matrix organizations is his highly political day-to-day business. He can then digitize the optimized processes. His five years of additional training as an Advanced Communicator Gold is a great help in engaging managers and project team members, especially in times of high frustration or pressure, and moderating critical meetings in a targeted manner.
He has developed his own methods that work for all industries, project types and sizes. In his most recent mandates (as of August 2022), the interim manager has worked as a business analyst for a company in the retail sector, drawing up the specifications for the introduction of a CRM system, including requirements management, data modelling and release planning. He was also responsible for project and test management for the replacement of Lexware and the migration to CRM, DMS, BI, ERP (purchasing, accounting, materials management and HR). In another mandate, he set up the project management office for the standardization of the IT infrastructure of a textile management company with 32 branches throughout Europe. In a full-time mandate, he was Executive Interim Manager Global Head of Testing in an automotive Tier 1 company. He was responsible for 350 internal and external (outsourcing) employees worldwide.
From 2013 to 2017, the interim manager was selected as a top 100 trainer in DACH and was included in the German Speaker's Lexicon in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, he received various industry awards.
