More about the interim manager
For more than twenty years, the interim manager has assumed HR responsibility in situations of corporate upheaval, in phases of idea generation and in change and restructuring processes. After seven years in permanent employment (Groupe Danone, Babcock Borsig), she took on interim mandates for both large international corporations (e.g. Deutsche Bank, Telekom, Sony) and medium-sized German companies (e.g. 1&1, Haufe) as HR manager, project manager and expert in human resources management and personnel and organizational development. This expertise is complemented by her many years of experience as a consultant and change manager for companies such as Deutsche Bahn and Takko Modemarkt in a management consultancy.
She learned a holistic approach during her studies as a Magistra Artium in philosophy and social sciences. Her career start at Groupe Danone quickly laid the foundations for her career by qualifying as a manager in HR management at the École des hautes études de commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
Combining classic HR management with all operational and strategic requirements with organizational psychology issues of change management is her core competence. Because, that is her conviction: This comprehensive approach underpins success and ensures sustainability. Her particular professional focus is on the design of HR processes and structures, cooperation with specialist departments as an HR business partner or HR manager and driver of strategic HR topics, personnel and organizational development as well as methods and procedures for recruiting and talent acquisition.
Tackling things, tackling them together, being fast and always keeping an eye on the business and its requirements are fundamental values of her work. She also likes the challenge of thinking outside the box, finding new solutions and keeping an eye on her own way of working as an HR professional as well as the working methods of others in an often very competitive and demanding environment.
This is also why, in addition to traditional HR qualifications in employment law and HR management and as a certified HR developer (Akademie Ruhr-Universität Bochum), she has also looked to the side: she is a person-centered consultant (GwG) and focusing consultant (DAF - Deutsches Ausbildungsinstitut für Focusing-Beratung und -Therapie).
