More about the interim manager

The interim manager specializes primarily in the management of reorganization and process optimization projects in HR organizations. He has qualifications as a graduate engineer, HR professional and in international management (MBA). With this combination, he develops a very special approach to process optimization projects in particular and creates solutions that are very individually tailored to the customer's needs.

In addition to his work as an interim manager and HR consultant, he supports managers and people in professional orientation as a trainer and coach.

The interim manager has many years of experience as an HR manager in line functions in international energy companies. he became self-employed in 2018 and makes his experience and expertise available to his clients. His work is characterized by enabling the client organization to master future challenges without external support. The focus is therefore on helping people to help themselves. He is convinced that change requires inner motivation. It is therefore always about finding individual solutions for the company - and not about copying a known solution.

Before starting his own business, he worked as Director of Human Resources and Service for GAZPROM Germania GmbH, the German subsidiary of the world's largest natural gas company from Russia. Prior to that, he was responsible for building up the shared services structures in the German part of the Swedish Vattenfall Group and was also heavily involved in the post-merger projects within the German Vattenfall Group following the merger of Bewag, HEW, VEAG and Laubag to form Vattenfall Europe.

The interim manager gained his first experience in HR management as assistant to the HR manager at Bewag and as head of the HR IT department. Prior to this, the trained automation engineer worked for several years as an operations engineer in power plants and in this role also supervised the Millennium Project at the turn of the millennium to secure the energy supply.
