As a controller with many years of experience and an entrepreneurial managing director in the automotive trade, one of his great strengths lies in quickly identifying and sustainably realizing earnings potential. The interim manager is also a specialist in setting up shared service centers and implementing post-merger integrations. His way of working is characterized by a high speed of implementation and a consistent focus on results.

When it comes to harmonizing employment contracts, works agreements, processes and structures, clients benefit from the interim manager's HR expertise. In this area, he deals with staff reductions (also by means of reconciliation of interests and social plans) as well as the reorganization and digitalization of HR and accounting.
