More about the interim manager

The manager has been working as an interim manager and consultant since 2015. He focuses on the areas of controlling, restructuring and process optimization.

After studying business administration, the interim manager initially worked for several years in large companies (stock corporations) in the areas of controlling and materials management. This was followed by more than ten years at two family-run medium-sized companies as CFO and Commercial Director. HR tasks (cooperation with the works council, redundancies, recruiting) also became increasingly important. Even during his permanent employment, the interim manager was regularly entrusted with projects such as the founding of subsidiaries or joint ventures in Germany and abroad. He was also deployed as part of post-merger integration projects.

The interim manager tries to develop options for action on the basis of valid and reliable facts and figures. They do not shy away from analyzing details if this seems important for finding options for action. Even at this early stage, the interim manager involves those affected in the decision-making process wherever possible in order to make full use of the company's knowledge on the one hand and to take those affected along with him on the path to a solution on the other.

The interim manager is described by his clients as "hands-on". They appreciate his pragmatic approaches to solutions, which are always geared towards practical feasibility. His clients attest to his diplomatic skills and are happy to use him to mediate between different parties.
