More about the interim manager
Breaking silos - promoting collaboration - forming agile, responsive units. With this approach, the interim manager has repeatedly overcome crises, restructured projects, made products marketable and start-ups successful.
The interim manager recognized early on that corporate transformations in customer-facing areas increasingly require agile methods. In tech companies, this change already took place a decade ago. The automotive and mechanical and plant engineering sectors have a lot of catching up to do in this area due to electrification and digitalization. One of his focal points is therefore to set up teams and processes in an agile manner, whereby the fundamentally proven specifications of quality management systems are sensibly expanded. This work is supported by qualifications as a business coach, scrum master and advisory board member.
Since 2009, the interim manager has worked on more than 20 projects, including as CEO and Chief Sales Officer (CSO). His focus is characterized by a systemic approach. He promotes the effectiveness of teams across specialist and company boundaries. He unerringly recognizes weak points in and between customer-related specialist areas such as business development, product development, project management and sales. By focusing on effective and efficient collaboration, he achieves amazing success and great added value for his clients.
With a degree in electrical engineering specializing in control engineering, the manager spent 20 years in management positions in product development and sales at automotive suppliers, including VDO, Bosal and ixetic.
