The interim manager is an experienced C-level manager and consultant for transformation in medium-sized companies - with a special focus on organizational development and the associated changes. He knows how to realign organizations or business units structurally, procedurally and culturally in a sustainable way. Another advantage of the expert: as a qualified marketing manager, he is ideally placed to successfully communicate the new direction of companies both internally and externally.

In his most recent mandate (2022/2023), he played a key role in driving the transformation of Boost Group AG as Interim Managing Director. In addition to the commercial and operational management of the business, he primarily aligned the organization and culture of the omnichannel marketing company in an agile and future-proof manner. Prior to that (2022), he developed the go-to-market strategy for a Swiss automotive company as interim CMO. In another mandate (2021), he initiated the transformation of all digital channels of a Swiss energy company to a customer-centric approach as Interim Head of Digital Marketing.
