More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced C-level expert for operational excellence in the consumer goods industry. The industrial engineer with many years of experience in medium-sized companies and corporate groups stands for tailor-made optimization projects that sustainably improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and thus make a significant value contribution. In most mandates, he supports his clients as Chief Operating Officer (COO) or plant manager.

In his most recent mandate, the interim manager acted as a consultant for the restructuring of the production units for the private label production of an Austrian goods distribution company. Prior to that, he successfully brought about the turnaround of an Austrian frozen food producer as Managing Director. In another project, he optimized efficiency and effectiveness as operations manager at a medium-sized beverage manufacturer.

Business executive with corporate experience and international expertise

Before becoming self-employed (since 2022), the interim manager was, among other things, operations manager and head of global supply chain management for internationally active manufacturing consumer goods companies with production units in China and the United Arab Emirates. As Head of Regional Engineering CEE at the international retail group Henkel, he was responsible for international optimization projects in Central and Eastern Europe and, as Operations Manager, for business development at the Austrian site.

The interim manager's strengths include a high level of analytical and structural expertise combined with excellent leadership skills. Additional training in strategic management, group dynamics, project management and negotiation training enhance his operational excellence.

As an experienced manager, the interim manager knows that change can only be successful if the people in the company - from the board to the workforce - are ready. That is why he attaches great importance to involving all stakeholders as early and as far as possible. Based on his extensive experience from projects in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Asia, he is very adept at successfully mastering the intercultural challenges of international projects.
