In his most recent mandate with a leading industrial service provider of machining technology for thermoset materials, he succeeded within a few months in sustainably streamlining processes in supply chain and operations and living the service and service provider approach through a paradigm shift in management and the workforce. Prior to this, as a consultant, he was conceptually and operationally responsible as CFO for a leading international manufacturer and full-service provider of stainless steel container solutions in the definition and implementation of the corporate strategy. He also reorganized the Group's financial management and played a key role in the implementation and successful realization of the protective shield procedure for the German company.

Before working as a management consultant and interim manager, the executive was responsible as CEO in international companies for 20 years, restructuring and realigning them. With his extensive crisis management experience in the automotive, hygiene and furniture supply industries, he has made a significant contribution to guiding companies in crisis through restructuring and reorganization concepts in an orderly manner.
