More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced C-level executive and entrepreneur. One of his main focuses is on quickly, prudently and discreetly guiding companies back into calm waters in particularly sensitive situations such as allegations of fraud (white-collar crime) or breaches of antitrust law and compliance. The certified supervisory and advisory board member also takes on interim CEO mandates or consulting projects as well as C-level and succession coaching.

In one of his projects, for example, the interim manager led a business unit of a technical service provider with 800 employees through a scandal involving subsidy fraud that made headlines across Germany and placed parts of the management team under accusations by the public prosecutor. The scandal was brought to a sustainable conclusion without any loss of revenue and with only a small loss of profit.

Experienced in international (corporate) development

The interim manager's clients benefit from his extensive international experience. Many years of entrepreneurial activity in B2B services and C-level positions in international corporations are the basis of his experience and entrepreneurial thinking. He has also served on supervisory boards for many years.

Having strategic business responsibility for projects in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, South Africa and Asia has familiarized him with a variety of business environments and corporate cultures and shaped his multicultural expertise.

In Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.), he built up sales networks for a large American software manufacturer. In South-East Asia, he opened branches for a technical services group, integrated acquired companies or sold them (M&A).

Clients, managers and teams appreciate the interim manager's high level of consulting and excellent communication skills. He speaks the language of all employee levels - from the workbench to the works council and trade unions to the supervisory board and shareholders as well as banks, authorities, associations and the media. His diplomatic communication skills and intercultural competence play a key role in resolving conflicts with individuals, in teams or across hierarchical levels.
