More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in growth marketing and demand generation for fast-growing, international B2B companies. Her focus is on the IT industry, in particular SaaS and cloud software companies. Since 2012, she has successfully completed various international mandates with a focus on demand generation, go-to-market and positioning/rebranding for global SMEs and corporations. She is usually tasked with marketing management (also part-time) or as interim CMO.
In her most recent mandate, the expert was responsible as interim CMO for the rebranding and demand generation transformation of a global software company headquartered in Sweden. Prior to that, as interim head of marketing, she introduced a holistic lead generation approach at an international software company and defined the corresponding positioning. As interim CMO for a global software provider, she led the introduction of an integrated demand generation concept and designed the go-to-market for the DACH region.
Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager headed up marketing for the Central Europe region at SAP/SuccessFactors and was Director Marketing DACH at Qlik. In total, she has around 20 years of experience in B2B marketing for companies of different sizes and maturity.
Integrated marketing and communication with intercultural expertise
In addition to her excellent expertise in demand generation and growth marketing, the interim manager impresses with her holistic approach: She is very adept at breaking down widespread silo thinking with communicative skill and thus bringing about cross-departmental collaboration between marketing with sales, product, channel and services. With this in mind, she develops and manages integrated marketing and communication campaigns that accelerate company growth and make a lasting contribution to brand development.
Clients confirm that the interim manager has strong implementation skills. She keeps a cool head even in challenging situations and at the same time has a motivating effect on those around her. She pays particular attention to empowering teams to such an extent that the project can continue to run successfully after the mandate.
The interim manager has worked on the majority of her mandates from a German location (remote/hybrid) for large companies outside Germany (including from Sweden, Italy and the USA) and led their global teams. These projects have given her a particularly high level of cultural sensitivity. In combination with her cooperative, results-oriented management style, she is a convincing team player. Her long-standing and repeated collaboration with many of her clients is proof of the effectiveness of her assignments.
