More about the interim manager

The automotive expert specializing in commercial vehicles and vans is 57 years old and lives in Cologne. The industrial and mechanical engineer has been working as an independent interim manager and strategic consultant for companies in the automotive industry (OEM), the automotive trade and the supplier industry since 2013. In addition to important projects for body and conversion manufacturers and accessory suppliers, he is mainly responsible for projects in the retail sector and for leasing and fleet companies. In short, his work covers all companies that come into contact with a vehicle after its completion.

His main areas of activity include relocations, company mergers, personnel recruitment and service or sales management as well as e-mobility and shared mobility. The interim manager works across the entire spectrum - from owner-managed SMEs to large corporations. He also brings all his experience to bear for start-ups and in the development of new business models.

Thanks to his ability to see the big picture, he is highly efficient and implements successful long-term changes. His strong sales orientation enables him to always focus on sustainable customer benefits. With his business fluent English and French skills, the native German speaker can be deployed internationally.

The interim manager is a doer, innovator and problem solver at the same time. He quickly finds access to all employees - from the store floor to the top floor, which makes him a valued discussion and sparring partner for everyone involved. His communication style is clear, open and transparent. As a result, he always succeeds in getting employees and employee teams to commit to common project goals and getting them on board.

Clients benefit above all from his extensive market knowledge and his many years of project and management experience. In April 2018, the interim manager was named "Interim Manager of the Year" by the Interim Management Provider Working Group (AIMP).
