As a C-level manager, he averted a liquidity crisis at an OEM supplier in the metal, plastics and mechatronics sector in another mandate and sustainably increased profitability. Before becoming a freelance consultant and interim manager, the expert was General Manager of a German Tier 1 supplier (JIT/JIS) for BMW, Daimler, VW, Audi, Ford and Renault in Slovakia for many years.
