The interim manager is an expert in restructuring, turnaround and operational excellence in the international automotive supply industry. In his roles and mandates, he has repeatedly successfully averted liquidity crises, increased equity ratios and sustainably increased profitability. The mechanical engineering graduate takes on interim mandates and consulting assignments in the field of production and operations in the automotive and industrial sectors, primarily as interim CRO, interim COO and plant manager.

In his most recent mandate, the interim manager was able to make a significant contribution to strengthening the competitiveness of a company as a specialist in operational excellence by creating efficient processes. As a C-level manager, he averted a liquidity crisis at an OEM supplier in the metal, plastics and mechatronics sector in another mandate and sustainably increased profitability. KV processes based on lean principles along the value chain formed the core of the mandate.
