The interim manager is an expert in change projects. In line with his background in management consulting and IT, he stands for modern and agile HR management. The business administration graduate has more than 20 years of professional experience as an HR manager and personnel manager in national and global companies.

The interim manager is primarily mandated in change management relating to M&A, spin-offs, company transfers (§613a BGB), reorganizations and restructurings. He also offers his extensive experience in other areas of HR management. He understands the basic requirements of general HR work as well as specialized disciplines such as talent management (including recruiting), HR controlling and leadership. He also has a proven track record in realigning HR departments and outsourcing parts of HR management. His industry spectrum ranges from traditional industries such as chemicals and automotive to aerospace, consulting (management consultancy) and IT.

As a coach and communication trainer with many years of experience, the interim manager is ideally prepared to provide companies and employees with new impetus as a strategist and implementer.
