The permanent HR manager had left the company some time ago. The challenge of this interim mandate was not just to bridge the vacancy. Above all, the HR team had to be led and motivated in a targeted manner and the trust in the HR management that had been shaken by the changes had to be reawakened.
In addition to these specific tasks, the interim manager had to manage the day-to-day operational business, fill vacant management positions and was the HR business partner for the largest business unit.
